      to Central Illinois Premier Children's Museum located in Normal, Illinois

Bus Driving and Parking Directions

From the North and West:

  1. Exit Interstate 55 north at Exit 165A north Main St./ BUS US-51 S
  2. Travel south on Main Street/BUS US-51 S for approx. 1.7 miles
  3. Turn left (east) on College Avenue
  4. Turn right (south) onto Linden Street
  5. Continue on Linden Street until you have crossed the railroad tracks.
  6. Turn right (west) on Parkinson Street driving toward the Amtrak Station located on the right.
  7. Disembark bus near Amtrak building and access the Museum by following the sidewalk and crossing the railroad tracks near the Amtrak station. The Museum is the three story brick building on your right.

Bus drivers are encouraged to park at Chiddix Junior High School (two blocks east of the CDM)

  1. Once passengers have disembarked, cross Linden Street on Parkinson Street.
  2. Turn right on Walnut Street (two blocks) at Chiddix Junior High.
  3. Park where available (north or south side parking lots, bus lane, or on-street parking)

From the East and South:

  1. Take Interstate 74 to Interstate 55 North.
  2. Exit Interstate 55 at Exit 165A north Main Street/BUS US-51 S
  3. Follow the directions as written above, beginning with #2.
