Expanding Our Reach Scholarship Program
The Expanding Our Reach Scholarship Program is designed to
provide opportunities for all children and families in Central
Illinois the chance to nurture the love of learning through the
power of play. Through interactive exhibits and stimulating
programs, children will participate in an experience of a lifetime.
The Scholarship program is available to schools and organizations
that serve economically disadvantaged children and families. Schools
that have students participating in the Federal Free and Reduced
Lunch Program may qualify. Scholarships may be awarded for all or a
percentage of the Museum fees for learning lab programs or
self-guided fieldtrips. Scholarships do not cover transportation or
chaperone fees.
Eligible schools may apply every year. Scholarships are limited and
are awarded on a first-come basis based on eligibility. The Museum
reserves the right to limit the number of scholarships granted to
any single school.
The Expanding Our Reach Scholarship Program is made possible by the
generous support from Museum sponsors and donors.
