Pantagraph’s “Fit Kids” and CDM Partner with Healthy Recipes
Starting soon, finding family-pleasing, healthy recipes for
breakfast, dinner, and everything in between will become a lot
easier as The Pantagraph launches its new Fit Kids Healthy Recipe
section on its web site.
Helpful parents just like you can submit their favorite healthy
recipes in any of the following five categories: breakfast,
after-school snacks, sack lunches, supper, and healthy desserts. The
only stipulations- the recipes must be nutritious, easy, affordable,
and of course, be tasty too!
“From the start, we wanted Fit Kids to be about getting kids and
parents to exercise more. Although that is so important, diet and
nutrition also are integral parts of developing a healthy
lifestyle,” said Pantagraph Editor Mark Pickering. “That’s why the
online recipe project is so important. With everyone so busy these
days and food prices on the rise, it’s important that parents help
other parents by providing healthy recipes that are quick to make
and affordable.”
We are sure that Museum passholders and visitors have lots of
healthy AND tasty recipes up their sleeves. Help another parent out
and submit your recipe
here.
