The Children's Discovery Museum provides the ultimate in field trip or educational outreach experience to help educators "inspire the love of learning through the power of play."

Field Trips to CDM

To make a reservation for a Field Trip to CDM, complete the Field Trip Reservation Checklist and contact the Museum at 309-433-3455 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday at least two weeks in advance. You may schedule a visit anytime during regular Museum hours. April and May fill fast, so make your reservations early, or kick the school year off with a fall trip to the Museum and get your students inspired for a year of learning!

CDM Outreach - Museum in Motion

To book your Museum in Motion experience, complete the Museum in Motion Reservation Checklist and contact the Museum at 309-433-3455 or 309-433-3450 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday at least two weeks in advance.
