CDM Outreach - Museum in Motion
The Museum in Motion Outreach program brings engaging hands-on activities and programs to you. Check out the list below to decide which option works best for your class, school or community event.
Option #1 – Learning Labs
Learning Labs are perfect for your classroom. A variety of topics are available for your K – 5th grade class. Each program lasts approximately one hour and is led by a museum educator.
Price for Option #1 - $3 per student plus a $25 program/transportation fee per visit in Bloomington/Normal. Outside B/N program fee is $50.
Option #2 – Six Station Science Experience
The Six Station Science Experience option is great for an after school
program or school event. Choose from seven fun and sure to excite science
topics.
Price for Option #2 - Pricing for Option #2 depends on YOU.

Option #3 – Design an Experience
We know that not everyone needs the Six Station Science Experience, so Design an Experience lets you pick and choose one or more of the activities that are found in the six station science experience. This option is great if you would like a taste of the Museum for your community event, school carnival or just to add some hands-on fun to any occasion. Schools, contact the Museum at 309-433-3455 or 309-433-3449 and community events planners, call 309-433-3454 to custom design your own hands-on experience.

Pricing for Option #3 - $50 per hour for the first activity and $25 for
each additional activity selected plus a transportation fee of $25 in
B/N; $50 outside B/N. (If more than one activity is selected, the school
or organization may be required to provide volunteers.)
