Discovery Day Camps at the Children’s Discovery Museum

K-5th grade
Join us at the Children’s Discovery Museum for a day filled with fun! All Discovery Day Camps are centered on a theme and include various hands-on activities, Museum exploration and snack. Camp is held from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Camp attendees will be separated into groups according to age/grade level. Please note that the Children’s Discovery Museum does not open until 9 a.m. and therefore, camp participants and their parents/guardians will not be allowed to check-in for camp until 9 a.m. – No Exceptions. Children also must be picked up promptly at 5 p.m. Campers must bring a sack lunch or pre-order an Avanti’s Lunch from the Museum for $5.00. The Avanti’s Lunch includes a 1/3 gondola, bag of baked chips, applesauce, and a 100 % juice box. Cost: $30 Museum members/$35 non-members. Payment must accompany registration. 24-hour cancellation required for credit. MIN/MAX: 10/45

December 22: FETCH!™
FETCH! is a wildly popular show on PBS in which the host, Ruff Ruffman challenges kids to science experiments and activities. We will spend our day visiting the FETCH! Lab and doing FETCH! challenges and activities in the classroom.
