Every day volunteers and interns help make the Children’s Discovery Museum “the most wonderful place in the world”. Volunteers spend their time interacting and playing with our visitors, help keep the museum tidy, lead free programming and assist with education classes in and out of the museum!

Group and Corporate Volunteering
If you are interested in a group volunteer opportunity for one time projects or events, please complete the Group Volunteer Form and we will contact you about available opportunities. Opportunities include behind the scenes projects such as program preparation, exhibit maintenance and cleaning, program facilitation or special events.
All volunteers must complete an orientation class and a background check (if over 18) before they join the fun. Orientation pre-registration is required by filling out our Volunteer Profile.

Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Orientation pre-registration is required by filling out the Volunteer Profile.
